COVID-19 DROP OFF/PICK-UP RULES:
Drop off is available Monday-Friday from 10 AM-6 PM.
If your bad drive is an external hard drive and you have already removed the enclosure, there is no need to re-assemble it. Just hang on to the enclosure and drop off the bare hard drive (along with the enclosure’s PCB, if available).
If you have chosen to supply your own transfer drive, be sure to drop it off when dropping off the bad drive. Also, see our rules for providing a transfer drive (in particular, the drive must an external hard drive or a bare SATA drive, no flash drives).
If you have a hard drive, ensure the ORIGINAL PCB is attached (this only applies if you tried a “PCB Swap”).
