What is the cost and likelihood of recovering your data?

After answering a few questions about your failed device, we’ll compare your recovery details against our database of over 40,000 previous recoveries and provide a custom estimate of your chances of a successful data recovery, along with a price quote. One of our data recovery technicians will respond with an estimate as soon as possible (usually within two hours on weekdays).

Included in our chances form response:

  • The number of times we’ve worked on your exact model.
  • The percentage of your model we’ve received with “bad heads” (helpful to gauge the likelihood of needing a Donor Drive).
