The tools we use for data recovery are the same tools used by expensive clean rooms. These tools go far beyond the capabilities of software data recovery applications like Data Rescue 3, GetDataBack, R-Studio, Stellar Phoenix, Easeus, SpinRite, and any other software tool you can buy online.
It takes many years of searching for information, practice, and studying, to be able to successfully recover data from the never ending variety of problems which affect modern hard drives.
All of our professional hardware data recovery tools work by communicating with the bad hard drive directly, without the need for an operating system to act as the hard drive's "interpreter."
The bad hard drive drive is connected directly to the appropriate data recovery tool and bypasses the operating system and BIOS of the computer completely -- this is just one of the major difference between software data recovery applications and the professional hardware data recovery tools we use.
Each hard drive manufacturer uses a different and unique language to speak with their hard drives. For this reason, it's very difficult to master data recovery -- it's like learning several different languages. How well you can "speak" the hard drive's language determines your success. We're fluent in all hard drive languages including Seagate, Western Digital, Toshiba, Hitachi, Fujitsu, and Samsung!
