Add Us to Your Whitelist

How to Whitelist @300dollardatarecovery.com and @reply.repairshopr.com

To avoid missing any messages from $300 Data Recovery, please add our domains (@300dollardatarecovery.com and @reply.repairshopr.com) to your email whitelist. Then, follow the instructions for your email service provider below.

Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right and select “See all settings”.
  3. Navigate to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab.
  4. Click “Create a new filter”.
  5. In the “From” field, enter @300dollardatarecovery.com.
  6. Click “Create filter” with this search.
  7. Do this again for @reply.repairshopr.com.
  8. Check the box “Never send it to Spam”.
  9. Click “Create filter”.

Outlook.com

  1. Log in to your Outlook account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right and select “View all Outlook settings”.
  3. Navigate to “Mail” > “Junk email”.
  4. Under “Safe senders and domains”, click “Add”.
  5. Enter @300dollardatarecovery.com and hit Enter (you may just need to enter “300dollardatarecovery.com” (without the @ symbol).
  6. Click “Save” at the top of the page.
  7. Do this again for @reply.repairshopr.com.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right and select “More Settings”.
  3. Go to “Filters” and then click “Add new filters”.
  4. In the “From” field, enter @300dollardatarecovery.com.
  5. Choose “Inbox” as the destination folder.
  6. Click “Save” and then click “Save” again.
  7. Do this again for @reply.repairshopr.com.

Hotmail.com

  1. Log in to your Hotmail account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right and select “More mail settings”.
  3. Under the “Preventing junk email” section, click “Safe and blocked senders”.
  4. Click “Safe senders”.
  5. Enter @300dollardatarecovery.com in the “Sender or domain to mark as safe” field.
  6. Click “Add to list”.
  7. Do this again for @reply.repairshopr.com.

Apple Mail (iCloud.com)

  1. Log in to your iCloud Mail account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the sidebar and select “Preferences”.
  3. Navigate to the “Rules” tab.
  4. Click “Add a Rule”.
  5. Set the rule “If a message is from” to @300dollardatarecovery.com.
  6. Set the action “Move to” to “Inbox”.
  7. Click “Done” to save the rule.
  8. Do this again for @reply.repairshopr.com.

AOL Mail

  1. Log in to your AOL Mail account.
  2. Click “Options” in the top right corner and select “Mail Settings”.
  3. Navigate to the “Filters and Alerts” tab.
  4. Click “Create a filter”.
  5. In the “From” field, enter @300dollardatarecovery.com.
  6. Choose “Inbox” as the destination folder.
  7. Click “Save”.
  8. Do this again for @reply.repairshopr.com.

Comcast/Xfinity

  1. Sign into your My XFINITY account.
  2. At the top right, click the Mail icon to get to your inbox.
  3. Click the Address Book tab.
  4. Click +Create Contact in the top menu (looks like a head silhouette with a plus sign).
  5. Add the sender’s email address (helpdesk3@300dollardatarecovery.com or @300dollardatarecovery).
  6. Click Save to save and whitelist the contact.
  7. Do this again for @reply.repairshopr.com.

If your email service provider is not listed, please refer to their help documentation for instructions on adding email addresses or domains to a whitelist.

After following these steps, you should receive all future emails from $300 Data Recovery without any issues.
